Play 2.1.3 not working

If I try to create a new project with a Play scala module using play 2.1.3 then it fails with the following dialog:



However, when I try this with play 2.1.2 it works as expected.

Also, with the latest version of the play plugin, the icon for the play config files has dissappeared - it is no longer the nice sun but just a file icon now.
