Looks like it's a feature. Could someone tell me the name of this inspection? I can't find which one to turn off.

Thanks!

Hi,
Take a look at attached screenshot.

Is it a bug?

Hello Sergiy,

this is a similar error like the one that was reported here:
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-14890

Do you use the log4j plugin as well?

Hi Sascha,

No, I don't have such a plugin installed.
My plugin list: JetGroovy, Ruby, TabSwitch, Tasks, CodeCompletionLive
Last two plugins are mine, and I'm pretty sure I didn't mess up with
custom resolvers. Didn't update TabSwitch for ages. Groovy and Ruby
might have something to do, but I doubt. This issue came up only after
upgrade to latest EAP (7269).

I'm surprised that I'm the only one who has this problem.

You are not alone. It happens on the 7.0 final release. I have the JetGroovy and Ruby plugins installed and that's it. My xml has a project tag as root and it treats attribute values as files, depsite that fact there's a dtd telling it that it is nothing to do with ant.

FYI, disabling the Ruby plugin fixes the problem

It is caused by Ruby plugin, please use last version. http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/RUBY-1068
