per project code style

It is possible to specify a code style per project (tab/spaces,
indentation ...), but I can't find a way to change the templates used
(especially file headers), did I miss something ?

No. Per-project file templates are not currently supported. A recommended
workaround is to use the Copyright plugin, which supports per-project and
per-module configuration of file headers.
