Idea doesn't notice libraries being replaced

Hi all,

I'm working on a dependency manager plugin, and one thing I've noticed is that if I have a library defined but the underlying jar doesn't exist (so the library is in an error state), when I replace the jar IDEA doesn't notice. Additionally, I can't just close and reopen the project, I have to completely restart IDEA. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there anything I can do to avoid it?

Thanks,
Colin

yes still works once out af every 5 times. after all this defects submited
and fixed(?) very frustrating. At least now after closing projects and
updating library again it picks it up on project open. before I had to clear
all the caches
