Intellij editor get stuck every few seconds

Hi,

My intellij editor get stuck every few seconds while i'm coding, but its happening only when i'm working from home with no connection to my company servers.
For that reason i think it has something to do with a connection to somewhere but i didn't see something in netstat.
Any help would be very appreciated.
