Debugger won't start 7087 -> 7104

Hello nodje,

my Debug config using Tomcat won't start anymore in debugger mode. It
just trigger the make then nothing happens anymore.

I have this since build7087 up until now (7104)

Are there any exceptions reported?

no exception reported. just the Debug start window doesn't popup.
I must say, I don't have the problem on another Windows install and on the Mac.
Just on one Windows. I'm about to wipe out my idea system dir, but not sure if it'll be useful. If you've got some thing I could at least try to figure what happened that'd be good. I don't remember having change anything or done anything special on this config.
