15732 not resolved

Hi.

I'm afraid that http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV-15732 is not resolved yet, build 7051.

If I (for example) double click a file in the Committed chages panel the correct encoding (UTF-8 in our case) is not used.
