GUI annoyances

Although IDEA has good improved since the start of Selena, it contains some
nasty GUI annoyances:

IDEA-12799 (regression): When you've done a Find Usages or Rebuild and there
is some output in the occurring tool windows, you can't close them with
CtrlShiftF4 anymore like in IDEA 6 (when focus is in the editor).

IDEA-12725 (regression): When there is a (modal?) dialog open in IDEA, I
can't switch back from another application to IDEA using Alt+Tab (Windows
Vista). I need to click at the IDEA-entry in the task bar with the mouse.

IDEA-13002 (long standing bug): When you have 'Editor tabs in single row'
selected (multiple rows of tabs are considered bad), you can't see what tab
is the current one.
