Change lists disappearing in 7.0M1a

I am currently having problems with change lists in the 7.0M1a build. When I upgraded all my change lists disappeared. Fine. I recreated them, but if I hit the refresh button or just wait for a while, the change lists all become empty. I am using StarTeam 2006 for my VCS (if this matters). Thanks!
