IntelliJ 11.1.2 Grails run-app @ startup from IntelliJ

Hi, is there a way that I can automatically run the default Project when I start IntelliJ. In the moment I start IntelliJ and then after all the Windows are loaded I click on the green arrow button to run the project.
I need to start only IntelliJ and that the default project is startet automatically. I start IntelliJ with a shortcut in the folder "autostart" ( Windows 7 ), so maybe there is a way to add a parameter like
