Would it be possible to ship a "Play Framework Server" Run/Debug configuration?

It would be nice that IntelliJ IDEA ships a "Play Framework" Run/Debug configuration to avoid the newcomer confusion of creating a "Application" Run/Debug configuration with -Dapplication.path... VM option. Would that be possible. Is it relatively simple for you to implement it?
