How to build and deploy app from RAD?

I installed IDEA and trying to start a project that have been imported from RAD. The server is WebSphere.

We have ant build file that works well, we have RAD projects that were ipmorteted well, but I do not know who IDEA should be configured... I corrected "source paths" in any "project".  And "output paths".

I set a output directory for whole project - here I am not sure if it is a correct directory or not. And I am not sure which files I should put in the artifact.
