IDEA doesn't synchronize source folder?

I copied some folders to src folder (before start IDEA) but IDEA cannot recognize them. I need to open Project Structure dialog then expand src node. At this time, IDEA will display new folders.

I tried to close IDEA, remove a subfolder in src folder then open IDEA. IDEA still display the removed folder. And I can open files in removed folder. Only when I open Project Structure dialog then expand src node, this time IDEA will update src folder's content.

But if I copy/remove folders while IDEA is running, IDEA can recognize the changes.

Does anyone see it?

I saw some users post problems relate with synchronizing with SVN/CVS here: http://intellij.net/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=267554&tstart=0. But my project is not under control by a VCS.

And my system is Windows XP.

This is fixed in next EAP. As a workaround please press 'synchronize'
button on a main toolbar.
