Scoped Inspection question

Is there currently a way to real-time inspect only locally modified
files in the editor? I've looked at the Profile Assignments in Project
Profiles Settings but it seems the assignment of inspection profile can
only be specified against either a user defined scope, or the inbuilt
scopes Production and Test. I don't see the 'Changed Files' scope as
available in the Inspect Code dialog.

Cheers,
N.

When I select Analyze | Inspect Code, I can see a 'Changed Files' scope
under 'Custom Scope'. No problems here.

Hi Bas,

Yes I see the same, but I'm talking about real time editor inspections.

You can already configure different real time inspection profiles based
on scope, but what I'm after is the real time profile to be based on
whether the file has been modified or not.

Cheers,
N.

Ah, I see. That would seem like a useful thing to have. Please submit a
JIRA request.
