Ant Build window appends hex number

The Ant Build window has started appending hex numbers to my ant
files, like this: foo.main_foo1f440e97.

Do the numbers mean anything? Are they supposed to be there?
Can I do something to get rid of them?

This is a bug which will be fixed in the next EAP build.

Also it takes several seconds for ant window to open first time. Why is
that. It also usually throws an exception about something already been
regestired (submited)
