Ordered products
I'm from Poland and I tried to buy IntelliJ 12 license, but I had problems with paying via paypal. After I tried to refresh site I got information that my order need to be checked. I can't pay for it, neither can I see what actual went to my cart and I lost web page with order id, so I have no clue what I will be charged for.
Is there any way to see productes I ordered? Because I want to buy license before "End of the World" promotion ends.

I'm wondering about the same thing. I ordered IntelliJ yesterday, without any payment problems, but still haven't gotten any confirmation email etc. How long is that process really supposed to take?
Same here. They are probably swamped with orders. However, not receiving any kind of confirmation e-mail that the order got through is very unusual indeed.
You can contact Sales directly by email asking for confirmation/clarification: sales@jetbrains.com
Seems to be their payment solution that introduces a delay. At least I've gotten a confirmation email from them now. Still weird though :)
I'm in a similar situation but I still haven't received any email confirmation for the 3 purchases I made during the "End of The World" offer.
I've also emailed sales@jetbrains.com twice but haven't received any reply from them either.
Is anyone else still waiting for their orders to be completed?
Seems like even the payment processor got overwhelmed with the number of orders

I didn't get a confirmation either but I have saved the order reference the payment provider gave me.
If I don't recieve anything by late monday it's early enough to start mailing. At the moment I think sending mails will just unnecassarily add to the workload.
Besides, I've downloaded the trial and starting to learn the product so no time to mail :)
Just got my confirmation by the payment people so looks to be all good. :)
