Fix the inspection configurations - and fix em now...

The inspection configuration related bugs are really soul-destroying. And they exist since a very long time! Could you please fix the inspection configuration asap. This really drives me crazy.

At least one time a week, Idea "forgets" the configuration of the inspections. During the work suddenly my fields are marked with a warning (the name pattern has been set back starting with "m_").
I also tried many times to create a new severity category. But when I open another project the newly created category gets deleted...

Please, please, please invest some work and fix those bugs. It is so time consuming and frustrating to work around those problems...
