Support for Testacular

Currently IntelliJ (and WebStorm) only supports the quite old and buggy js-test-driver.

While testing of Javascript becomes more and more important, IntelliJ offer much more.

I suggest to support testacular.

Why? It was developed by the guys behind AngularJS, has support for Jasmine & Mocha tests, runs in all major browsers (as well as the headless browser phantomJS).

Right way to go it to create a feature request at the IJ/WebStorm tracker and check how demanded it is by the community
