6700 - Perforce with files not in any module

Great! I can finally check out files that are not in any module :)

I wish a similar extension would be made with CtrlShiftN. Currently I
can open our build ANT script (which is alongside our ipr file) only
through the ANT panel. I wish I could open it using CtrlShiftN.
