I have to end the idea process when this error occured [5646]

It seems cause by the background ss.exe.

Please take a look on the attach image file.

while this error happen, I can do nothing but to end the process.

Message is :
Operation failed. Unable to open uer login file
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\xx\data\loggedin\myname.log

Every about 10 minutes, the error occured.

But yesterday, I didn't find this error.

Maybe the network environment is a little poor, but the idea shoule let me continue my job and leave the error alone.
