JSF component tag <....> outside view tag?

I have just installed 6.0 beta (5581) and I see that this bug is still present... Are there any plans to fix this? Or is there some configuration that I can do? (My jsf component tags is not outside view tag, but it is included in another file with view a tag; I am using tiles...)
