Problems Submitting Exceptions?

Is anyone else having a lot of problems submitting exceptions recently?
I've tried 3-5 times for the last few and eventually gave up when I got
nothing but socket errors. :( I love IDEA, but I also get paid by the hour;
I can't justify playing with JIRA or writing long newsgroup posts during
the middle of the day, so the auto-exception-submission is the best way for
me to provide feedback, as it (usually) hardly takes any time.

Perhaps some sort of e-mail submission would be a good fall-back? Granted,
SMTP isn't all that reliable, it's better than nothing.

I've made some fix to the exception submitting procedure, so I hope it will
work better in the next EAP.

We don't plan to implement any fallbacks - we'd much rather fix the system
we already have.
