Why is my output directory hidden? Follow
In a Flex project, I have a bunch of other files in my "deploy" folder. How can I show those files in my project view for easy access?

Folder set as 'Project compiler output' at Project Structure | Project is always excluded. Related issue is http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-73141, please vote/comment.
If output path is overridden for your module then excluded status is managed by 'Exclude output paths' check box or at the Sources tab (red folders).
