Indeed, sorry. We're in complete ant editing features rewrite to assure more intelligent features like ant-aware refactorings (extract macrodef, erh?) are possible.
I expect that this rewrite will be a good vehicle for (in my opinion) needed Language API changes, like for example Extract Method hooks, and hopefully sub-languages within XML tags/attribute-values.

Dunno if it is at the top of my list, but it would be quite cool. I have some crufty old build files from the ANT 1.3 days, and I would not mind having some help upgrading them to new features.
