I was logged in ;)
it's just under category "IDEA" on the forum homepage they're not listed, if I click on the "IDEA" category they show up

IDEA EAP forums are nested under IDEA group. Just click on 'IDEA' title
( it doesn't looks like a link ).
Also check if you are logged in forums. Upgraded forums unfortunately
doesn't accept your previous 'remember me' login .

It was difficult to find this EAP forum.
The "IDEA" link doesn't look like a link since it is black text; It just looks like a label. You should change the color to blue.
When I first hit the main forum page, I thought that it was already showing all the forums for IDEA: Plugins, Open API, Community, Documentation. It is non-intuitive that you have to click IDEA to show additional IDEA forums.
It would be better if under IDEA category you had a link EAP which took you to all the EAP groups.
