Wrong Directory?

My Project is stored in the following location
Z:\ProjectX

but for some reason Intellij seems to still be looking at an older location for some things
Z:\Eclipse\Workspace\ProjectX\.idea

If I try and import a JAR file it automatically goes to the eclipse folder.
Also across the top of the Windows title bar it reads first the eclipse location then the Z:\projectX location.

How can I move away from this eclipse location?
