[Q] "Do not wrap one line comment" in JavaDoc formmater settings?

What is it for? It look like not working, or misunderstanding.

For example, it no depends on this checkbox. My file template for new class contains javadoc:

Then i'm create new class, IntelliJ IDEA reformat this comment into:

How to disable it? Maybe add new option "Keep JavaDoc tags on new line"?
