starteam - what the heck?

I am not using any starteam - what is going on?

thanks for the info.
My IDEA was hanging - but it was not because of this exception.

The reason was:
1. I had a network drive R: connected via VPN, which is rather slow because it contains a very huge number of toplevel directories (these take a long time to be transferred, even on a normal LAN).
2. I opened an XML file which contained a reference to a .dtd on the R: drive

-> it seemed to take very long to scan for that reference. Is it possible that IDEA tried to scan the complete R-drive? or tried to access the root dir repeatedly?

Anyway, I disconnected the network drive and the problem was gone.
