IDEA 9 issues with JDK 1.7.0

Ever since I started using JDK 1.7 for my projects, I'm facing some issues. The issues can be broadly categorized as follows:

1. The IDE hangs after you perform any operations like CVS operations or compile or run test cases.
2. On compiling, the entire project is compiled again instead of the changed files.
3. When debugging, hot swap fails for every alternate compile of the same class.

Im using Idea 9.0.2(build 95.66) and JDK 1.7.0(build 1.7.0-b147).

Please let me know any solutions/workarounds for these problems.

Thanks,
Kulbhushan

I see this all the time.  It keeps recompiling files I can see no
reason for doing no.  It must have some overly conservative algorithm
for deciding what it needs to recompile.

Keep in mind, that tidying source with Rearranger or reformat, from
its point of view counts as changing the file.
