Air 3 sdk
Hey all,
I'm trying to work with the Air 3 sdk but I can't get it to package my files since it keeps throwing errors on the namespace in the air-descriptor.xml - <application xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/3.0">
I have it working in Flashbuilder but I would really rather not have to switch back and forth just to build files,
Thanks,
TJ

Tried a bit and haven't got any problems except unknown air descriptor namespace highlighted by IDEA.
Have you upacked AIR 3.0 SDK on top of some Flex SDK? On top of which version? After that you should have created new SDK in IDEA and set it for your modue(s). Please provide details on what you want to achieve and what you get instead (screenshots are welcome).
Hello,
I've unpacked AIR 3 on top of Flex 4.5.1. Everything builds ok and I have coding hinting. The problem is when I try to package the application for iPhone is that I receive an error: air-app.xml:
air-app.xml: error 102: Invalid namespace: http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/3.0
It then stops packaging my application.
In my air-app.xml I have this error as shown in the attached screenshot
This is the same air-app.xml I am using in Flashbuilder which is working correctly.
Thanks,
TJ
*edit* I have added the sdk and set it as the one to use for the project
Highlighting will be fixed in next IDEA 11 EAP. Anyway it doesn't prevent from packaging. Please make sure that SDK with AIR 3.0 is set at 'Use packaging tool from SDK' in Package dialog
TJ, is the problem solved?
Hello Alexander,
Sorry for the delayed reply. Just got back into work. Yes, changing the sdk in the packing dialog that came up worked. I didn't notice that.I just assumed it would use the sdk that the project was using >.<
Thanks for the help!

This is a usability issue at IDEA's side. Will fix.
