Annotate error: 'is not a file in revision'

Hello All --

When trying to annotate on some files IDEA produces the following message:

      svn: '<file-path>' is not a file in revision <rev-number>

'svn annotate' on the same file works fine. IDEA annotate works fine on some other files, too.

We are using the svn+ssh:
