Can't move splitter of the Run Panel to the left

It is actually an intended behaviour for the splitters to honor minimum size of its components.

Look, that intended behaviour is not comfortable for developers. What if you decide to add some more buttons to Debug panel? We really need to be able to move that splitter to the left.
Yes, developers has bigger monitors today. But they use bigger DPI, so the useful space is just a little more. Please let IDEA be the best tool for developers, but not the one that has an intended behaviour for the splitters to honor minimum size of its components.

Yes, developers has bigger monitors today.

Sigh... I wish I could count myself among these developes. It seems that JetBrains developers haven't tried to use IDEA in a 15" monitor lately. It's a claustrophobic experience.

We use 19" monitors, but it would be better to has a comfortable GUI ;)
