CVS context menu randomly dissapearing... and otheres randomly appearing...

I've started noticing something weird in this latest RC release, when I
right click in the editor, as I move the mouse up/down the menu I
sometimes see the CVS menu just disappear from the list.

Just now I randomly saw a "create run profile for ]]>" in the
menu as well....

Its very eratic, and no exceptions seem to be thrown...

Anyone else seeing this?
