FTP downoad link Follow
Is there a URL to download IDEA via FTP?
It's quite difficult to download anything larger than a few megs over HTTP through my company's firewall.

AFAIK there is no such link. Why don't you want to use download manager with resumable processing?

We wave no downloaders in corporate software repository.
Are you allowed to use a free one?

The only tool I can use is the Internet Explorer.
