Eclipse or Netbeans Plugin Emulator ?

The only possible way to implement this would be to carry a complete Eclipse
Platfor implementation inside of IntelliJ IDEA. That's not really feasible.

Your IDE is good but poor of plugins , i ve idea maybe it can be good.
If its possible...

Maybe Eclipse IDE Plugin Emulator you can do.
Wrapping Eclipse plugin calls to intellij and most plugins work.
