Can't add comment to //noinspection someInspection

As soon as I add some more comment either before 'noinspection' or after 'someInspection' the inspection triggers again.
Please let me add some notes here, so that I can describe why I suppressed the inspection.

The request to require such a description is in backlog (via another inspection).

However some builds ago I could at least add a comment without making the inspection trigger again.
