3394 hangs

When I try to launch Irida 3394, the splash screen shows, then CPU goes
to 0 and the app just hangs. I deleted my entire "system" directory,
and tried again, with the same result. It did generate an idea.log
file, but it's over 90K, so I'm reluctant to post it here. Is there
someone inside JetBrains to whom I can send it for an analysis?

Thanks,

Danny

You can post it in JIRA - it accepts up to 10mb if I recall correctly...

btw did you try (just for the sake of trying) to delete your 'config' dir as well?

Make sure you don't have the Images plugin installed.

I have had similar problems. It can be working just fine, then it is
non-responsive. Restart and it hangs as soon as the file is open. I
just cleared out my system folders and it started working again. Me
thinks someone broke something.

Win XP SP2.
