RFE: Add Jar to library path

Hi,

Simple usability idea: when you copy a new JAR file into the project path, it would be useful to be able to right-click on the JAR file in the project explorer and have an item in the pop-up menu called "Add as library" or similar, which would show a small a dialogue box with options such as "module|project|global library" (although the "global" option is improbable in this context) and a "connect sources/javadocs" option.

It's just a bit quicker really, and that's what the IDE's about.

That would be very nice indeed. Or just expand on the existing concept for marking folders as Source- or Test dittos into also having: "Project library" and "Module library".
