Run/Debug Configurations

I have a large number of run/debug configurations. I would like some
simple tools to keep them organised, e.g.

1. sort by name or package/class

2. Able to move an entry up or down with ctrl-up and ctrl-down.

3. able to drag an item.

How long did it take after the car was invented before owners understood
cars would not work unless you regularly changed the oil and the tires?
We have gone 33 years and still it is rare to uncover a user who
understands computers don't work without regular backups.

another would be when you clone an entry, insert it right below the
source rather than at the bottom.
