Perforce Busted in 3368

Known issue, fixed. The build will hopefully be available tomorrow.

Anytime I try and add a package, I get a "Perforce" dialog from IDEA
(I think it's "Running Perforce Commands" or something) that just
hangs there. I have to kill IDEA to get back to work.
