Narrow scope intention available in next build
The often requested "Narrow Scope of Variable" intention should be
available in the next build. I thought of a way to implement it without
needing a dataflow engine and it works beautifully. The source is
submitted to Dave and he has added it to the ipp plugin. Be sure to try
it out!
(Perhaps if the new build is taking long I will have time to add some
enhancements. Converting it to an inspection is next on my list, now
Dave has suggested a solution for a problem I was having)

Rob, I don't mean to do your job, but this one is certainly flashy enough that it should make the "New Features" marketting materials. It really is excellent work, and very slick in action. I think I can repurpose Bas's solution to implement "Split local variable" as well, which should rock nearly as hard.
