Nice next build

Just looked over fixes so far: Boy, you did really wet my appetite. Some long-standing issues are fixed.

exit confirmation
go to file: find files with unregistered extensions
Formatting fixed
Brace placement. 'next line if wrapped' is working
Annotations
Saved marker (*) is working
"Open File in Browser" for the HTML files.
Diff window remembers whitespace setting
Hide all Window (Ctrl-Shift_F12): Invoke again to un-hide windows
Properties editor enhancements

And the currently released build finally fixed all the exceptions I was
having everytime I reformatted code ;) That was HUGE in my book. (Minus JSP
tho)

And:

  • No more annoying download confirmation dialog in the Plugin dialog

  • Select In... > Project is fixed for library sources

  • New intention to simplify/clean-up constant if statements and expressions.

Oops, I forgot my own favourite by far:
Idea finally handles missing modules gracefully!

E.g. a team member added a module, you did an update, Idea reloaded the project and you of course had not yet checked out the new module. Previously the module simply disappeared from the project file without any notice at all.
Has been bugging us since day one.
