Congrats to Build#3316

Just wanted to say thanks for build #3316; although it has a few quirks
(as expected with EAP) it is a great step in "performance" direction.
Not sure why, although I also ran earlier builds with JDK5, 3316 is more
than twice as fast on my machine... startup, including loading my
project is done in a few seconds (earlier EAP builds and 4.5 needed
approximately 3x as long) and I also have the impression that working in
IDEA got much faster. Thanks very much for this, and also thanks for
supporting JDK5 and resolving the bugs.
