"New" menu enhancement suggestion

Hi

When you do ALT+INSERT (or right-click/New) on a package, and select a
class, package or whatever, a dialog usually pops up asking you in which
source root you want to create the class/package.

This is of course necessary, but, why not convert that dialog into an
intention-like pop up menu (like the ALT+INSERT menu) so that if I want
to cancel the action, I won't be blocked by a modal dialog.

What do you think?

I'll file a JIRA issue if more people share my views..
