Slowness and memory problems. Logging? Follow
In recent builds (currently running 3265 on XP SP2) I've been noticing the builds are much slower when editing files, compiling, and other areas and in a recent build where the console was enabled, I even saw some OutOfMemory exceptions. Normally I have not seen such erorrs without the console showing but still notice the slowness.
How do I setup the EAP builds to log their console somewhere? Also, any advice on how to provide info for Jetbrains on tracking down these and other issues for ones where IDEA does not show an exception that causes notification in IDEA.
Thanks,
Steve

There's take memory snapshot button on the toolbar with EAP builds. Take
one and upload to ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads

I saw that button (and another new one) on a screenshot posted earlier
today. I don't see them on the Linux EAP builds though. Should I?

Yes, unless you're on 64bit. We do not have YourKit native library compiled
against 64bit glibc.
