Subversion browse change

I was trying to use the subversion browse change feature, I right
clicked on a file, chose subverion | browse change and it's aksing me
for a subversion location... I'll file a bug about that, but what
location is it asking for? The full subversion URL or what???

It seems it wants the full URL, however svn+ssh:// doesn't work because
it complains that it wants a full provider for SSH.

Oh well. Will file the bugs
