A dialog titled "Clear R/O Status" has started popping up in #3177. See attached.
What is it?
You are trying to make modifications to a readonly ("R/O") file. IDEA is suggesting how to make it writable; in your case "using file system" seems to be the only way. If you have version control configured, you will also get the option "usinc CVS" or the like.

I use VSS and after selecting that I want to make it writable using version control, the dialog doesn't go away? I have to press cancel on it. Which can be quite annoying! :)

Hello Jens,
Is it possible to set some kind of default behaviour ?
I only work using perforce and each time I have got that ("R/O") popup.
Best regards,
