Any chance to have Velocity script editor? Plugin may be?

Hello,

The only thing I need is scope highlighting, since syntax highlighting is
already there (mostly). All this #if #else #end drive me crazy. If I miss
one #end takes long time to find where. I use Velocity scripts a lot for
model driven development and even basic editor would be a big plus

Any suggestions?
