scrolling issues with #3136 ?

Is it me or does #3136 have "jumpy" scrolling when used with the mouse
wheel?

(Using WinXP Professional)

I tried it with "smooth scrolling" turned on and off. no difference in
effect was noticable.

just wondering...


(Actually, I take that back...it's jumpy for a .txt file and a .js
(javascript) file, but seemingly fine for a java file and a JSP file.)

weird.

Also noticed it doesn't respect the settings I have in Control Panel for
scrolling faster vertically depending on how fast I spin the wheel. The
mouse is a Microsoft (please...no flames) IntelliMouse Explorer 4.0 via USB.

thoughts or suggestions anyone?
