Issue with new scrollbar in IntelliJ X Follow
At first I thought the new editor scrollbars in IntelliJ X was cool, but now I find it's really annoying, because everytime I try to drag the the scrollbar all these inspection popups pop up and I can't move the scroll bar. Is there any fix planned for this issue?

try the newest eap, they have increased the tooltip popup delay, which fixed the problem for me
